London to Paris Charity Bike Ride

Clients and contacts are welcome to join Mackrell International’s cycle team for the annual London to Paris Bike Ride, 22 to 24 September, to raise money for Vaincre la Mucoviscidose (www.vaincrelamuco.org), the French-based cystic fibrosis organisation, and MI’s nominated charity, The Larchfield Trust which is raising money to build an orphanage in Tanzania (www.larchfieldkids.org.).

Professional event organiser, Pie Events, is looking after all logistics from transporting bikes across the Atlantic to accommodation, route planning and medical support. The team will cater for cyclists of all abilities. http://www.pieevents.co.uk/

Nigel Rowley, deputy chair of MI, said; “This is an unmissable opportunity for our members and their clients to cycle one of the world’s classic routes while raising money for two important charities. MI members are used to working together in virtual teams on client work, this is the first time we have joined forces to raise money for charity and plan for this to become an annual event.”
